These savoury jams and chutneys are amongst the most popular with our customers. Kassels Kitchen is a mother/daughter partnership from Fife who have created a thriving small, local business selling their quirky creations that contain nothing but all natural goodness.
East Coast Cured
Husband and wife team, Steven and Susie, launched their award-winning charcuterie company in 2017. Based in Leith, Edinburgh they specialise in creating outstanding dry-cured Scottish meats that are sourced directly from local farms.

They say their mission is to end the reign of the machine made oatcake, and one taste of their handmade rough oatcakes and original shortbread will convince you they’ve reached this goal. All their products are handcrafted in Fife using locally grown oats and have won numerous Great Taste Awards.
