It is run by husband and wife Chrystal and Rory with the assistance of a dedicated team of flour coated staff. We absolutely adore this all-butter shortbread that is beautifully indulgent with a texture that is soft and crumbly.
The Scottish Bee Company
These guys are passionate about pollinators. With a strong concern over the declining bee population, this husband and wife team decided to bring together expert bee farmers to the heather covered hills of Scotland. The result is award winning heather and blossom honeys that are more than just delicious, they are full of natural antibacterial and antimicrobial goodness.

Nestled in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife, this artisan jam maker produces little jars of deliciousness that taste as beautiful as the surroundings they’re made in. Fiona uses berries she finds in her local area to produce her award winning jam creations from her jam shack.
